Our Ambattur campus, located in Chennai's established industrial corridor, offers distinct advantages for data center operations. The site is approximately 30 minutes from Chennai International Airport and is located within Chennai's hardware manufacturing and export ecosystem, with substantial land available on our 4.3-acre secure campus for phased expansion to 42 MW, including a dedicated 230 kVA substation. Iron Mountain is developing a two-facility campus in Chennai's Ambattur area with phased rollout beginning in 2026. CHN-1 will deliver 23.2 MW across 8 data halls starting in 2026, while CHN-2 will deliver 19 MW across 8 additional data halls starting in 2028. Combined, the campus offers 42 MW of power on a 68 MVA main feed and nearly 800,000 square feet (74,322 square meters) of AI-ready space. Our phased development approach allows customers to secure capacity in one of India's fastest-growing data center markets while benefiting from TIA-942 Rated 3 compliance and liquid-cooled support.
